Please take note of CPM’s updated COVID-19 safety protocols

CPM Covid Protocols

We are taking the utmost care to ensure the safety of our employees and the clients we serve. As such, all CPM staff and visitors are required to:

  • undergo hand sanitising and screening before entering the building (involving a questionnaire and a non-contact temperature reading)
  • wear a mask at all times when in the office environment
  • maintain social distancing of 1.5 to 2 meters at all times.

No group gatherings are permitted inside or outside the building, and in-person meetings are highly discouraged though where unavoidable, mobile plastic screen guards will be placed between each person and sanitiser will be at hand. Please rather communicate via calls, Skype or other online platforms unless it’s absolutely necessary to be physically present with one of our staff members. CPM employees making deliveries will adhere strictly to the above regulations – kindly do not ask them to remove masks or breach minimum physical distance.

Management/HR will be notified of any person (staff or visitor) who is exhibiting symptoms before the person is allowed to enter the building. The person must wait in the designated area outside. All staff and visitors’ screening information will be kept on file and signed off daily. Within the buildings and during normal work activities, everyone must wash or sanitise their hands before handling any communal equipment, and no sharing of personal utensils is allowed. Sharing of stationery is limited, and where sharing can’t be avoided, the item will be sterilised and wiped down regularly. All parcels will also be sanitised before entering the building

We have appointed Covid-19 officers at each branch to ensure compliance with these very necessary protocols. For everyone’s safety, please adhere to our requests, it won’t be forever!
